Mike has over 15 years’ experience in the industry and has been the lead medical physicist for the shielding design, verification and certification of approximately 100 medical imaging facilities nationally, both within hospitals and radiology practices. Three of the most significant being the lead medical physicist on the QLD Children's Hospital, Ipswich Hospital Redevelopment and Caboolture Hospital Medical Imaging Department projects in Brisbane.

Kelley holds a B.Com in Sales & Marketing. She has over 15 years experience in these fields, firstly in Marketing & Campaign Management roles, and more recently in Sales Account Management. Kelley has been Business Manager for X-ray Safety Australia since its inception, acting as the account manager and finding new business development opportunities.
